Goodman Mann Broomhall undertakes Building Surveys (often referred to as Structural Surveys) on all types of Residential and Commercial property. All Building Surveys are carried out by a Chartered Building Surveyor who will have had 20 years experience of property inspection and survey writing.
It is our practice to provide a verbal report to the client by the end of the day the survey is carried out. We will happily discuss the survey with you and your legal advisers, following receipt of our written report.
In addition to the survey report we can provide further advice on: Testing of building services and drainage, Arboricultural issues, Costed estimates for repairs, Market valuations & Fire Insurance Valuations.
