Acquisition

We acted on behalf of an overseas investor to acquire the dilapidated building in 2016.

Redevelopment Advice

GMB advised on the redevelopment strategy and refurbishment works. The client is an overseas investor and therefore required local knowledge and experience to guide them through the process.

Leasing

We coordinated the marketing of Empire House, and advised on the leasing terms, before negotiating the letting to a Blue Chip Covenant.

Management

GMB took active management of the property between contractor handover and letting in order to ensure compliance with all contractor warranties. We are responsible for ongoing rent collection, regular inspections, insurance, and facility management, reporting to the client.
